[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Bank account freezed | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have requested many for settlement for my cc due but no body has contacted me i have received a call from hdfc service department but she was suppose to call me back but i have not relieved. I do not a single penny my landlord ask me to go vacant flat as i ma outsider and staying on rent and because of my salary hold was not able to pay my rent i am not able to survive please try to under stand my situation and wave off my due balance you have already deducted 41, 000 rs from my account. see my below emails. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email to you in depression as i got my salary hold for this month and hdfc is not allowing me to withdraw a single penny. I do understand but sir/madam please see my all attached email after loosing my credit card i wanted to settlement though my credit limit was only 20k and i used some 7k approx though all were interest. when i got to know about my salary hold i called to collection agencies they were not picking my phone after 1 day i spoke with somebody and her name was sudha and she was very rude and when i talk about negotiation she told me that she will call me back but i never heard it back from her. next day again i called her she again said that she will call me back even i asked that where i can call for help she didn't suggest anything and she was very rude and hung up on me. after that i have not received any call from her. as per letter receive it says that after 15 days my amount will get deducted from my bank. I work in mnc i stay here alone and i am suffering with financial crises since first may i have not paid my rent my land lord asking to vacant the house and i have my mother whom i need to take care. you can not understand how is my condition right now. when i was staying in delhi i was ready to pay when balance was 25k approx and i got settlement for 15k approx as i remember but no body came to collect money then i had to shift Mumbai because of my job. I am not doing any fraud with hdfc bank. i wanted to settle it down but this way i am suffering a lot mentally. i would not have any choice left just one as suicide and HDFC will be responsible for it.. i am attaching my all email which i have wrote to hdfc bank. i was seeking help from hdfc but i am not getting any help. i would say when i told these thing to lady i as speaking she told me that its my responsibility though i have just use my 7k from card and rest money is only interest amount. i am including cc consumer court email so i can get help as i tried many times with hdfc i called them i email them but i have not received any response on this yet today is 16.05.2016 and its been 16 day i have not slept because of tension. i am mentally disturb and harassed Thank you in advance.
