[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — The credit limit increased without consent | |||
Hello, I am holding the HDFC credit card for last almost 2 years. The credit limit was initially Rs1, 50, 000/-. Recently I received the SMS from HDFC bank that your credit limit has been increased. I had never requested or communicated in any means that I want to increase the limit then how bank can take any such steps without my consent. This is completely incorrect exercise which has been followed by bank. When I tried to reach the call centre, I was asked to send the SMS and before I say anything the phone was disconnected by person. This was horrible experience with HDFC bank. Very first, why I should send SMS when I never requested to raise the limit. Secondly how can a call centre can disconnect the phone without listening my side. This way we are losing the complete faith with HDFC bank. The strict action must be taken for this bank for taking any major step without customer's consent and not handling the customer complaint gracefully when customer tried to reach the customer care number. thanks, Paras Baldota [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
