I have applied for re-issuance of hdfc fast tag as my windshield got damaged and i replaced it.
It is more than a month, once i requested. I have paid the re-issuance fee and followed multiple times on email and via customer care.
There is no response. I have even filed grievance request with consumerhelpline.gov.in but still no response.
It is painful to see none of them are responding. I am posting to hear from hdfc otherwise, i am left out with legal option.
First email request 4/30/2019 and subsequent hdfc - 'hbl=[protected]' ticket
After following up multiple times, on may 14th email from
Ashish. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - requested for re-issuance payment details were provided and subsequently, the payment was done.
May 21st - email from ashish. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, that the card is ready and would be sent.
Card was not received till today and next email chain and hdfc customer support for the shipping details - no response - hbl=[protected]
June 1st - reminder email
June 4th - resend email as per customer care called ashish
June 15th - reminder email and customer care call
June 20th - logged complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Still no response. I hope to see some response.
