HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — tag not received after payment

I have hdfc fastag using it from 2017. I have requested for card re-issue on 28 may 2018. Made online payment of rs.200 on 3rd july 2018 to sahaj e-village. Payment reference number is[protected]. I have mailed all those details as a reply to that mail. I have not got the card yet and i am calling the customer care since then for help. Even mailed to helpdesk many times but all in vein. I have even mailed to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in hope i ve my issue solved

Mailed many times. Fyi. I ve escalated to national consumer forum. Pl do not send auto replies. Pl c my msg properly. Btw I am in chennai and where shd I meet the Fastag team
