I am purchase a Two Wheeler by Centurion Bank finance and also I have completed all emi. The said Bank issued a noc only. But, at now I am sale my Bike and require name change of new owner and Howrah Motor Vehicle asked for new noc, which will be issue by Hdfc Bank, Gllinder House on behalf of Centurion Bank.
