I applied fast tag for two vehicles and i received fastag for only one vehicle. For second vehicle, i called hdfc bank and fastag customer support but no one is taking care.
Where can i make a request or communicate to follow up. It's total mess at hdfc bank level.
There must be proper system with the bank to accommodate these issues at country level. Customer support with hdfc bank and fastag is always busy. It's more than 10 minutes waiting time to speak with support guys and not getting relevant reply like govt work. Was this information helpful? |
