HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — fastag application

Address:Anna Nagar Y Block, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600040

I have applied for Fastag through HDFC Bank portal on 27/11/2019 and uploaded documents & made payment of Rs.500/-. However, till date I have not received confirmation of receipt or refund of amount from HDFC Bank. Pls clarify
