[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — hdfc debit card fraudulent transactions | |||||
I m a customer of hdfc bank holding an salary account from april 2014. I am using my card for my daily transaction through atm or online banking. Tuesday 5th march 2019 at 23:43pm while checking my mobile in morning 6am i have noticed that somehow my 20000.00 has been deducted from my account. Statement shows that money has been withdrawn from (Vakola) even when card was with me all the time. And i was home (Borivali) that means somebody using my duplicate card to access my account How is this possible hdfc bank being a reputed never expected such frauds i suggest who ever is using hdfc bank a/c beaware you money is not safe... Hdfc banks sucks it is more then 10days still the problem is not resloved even if not my mistake... Was this information helpful? | |||||
