HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — illegal charge on card renewal fee

i have an HDFC platinum edge credit card, for thsi renewal fee is 500, see this link on page 6 its clearly mentioned when writing this complaint on 16 may 2015. http://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/cc_common_MITC.pdf but they have charges around 1100 rupees from my card for renewal fee, when i called them they agreed taht this charge is wrong, and i was given complaint number [protected] on 11 may, and person on line told me that it will be resolved withing two day, again when i called on 13 may, they said its second day wait for this day, and again when i called today, they again said it will take another 15 days, now i will wait till only 28 may, and on 29 may i will formally complaint in delhi consumer forum against hdfc bank, against this illegal card fee. this is just for record to be presented during court hearing. complaint number [protected]
