[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Bank member does not accepting my account closure form. | |||
Hi, My name is Nikhil Raskar. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank in 2015 but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account also fill the demat and trading account form.(I closed the demat and trading account now). I left that job after few month because of some reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000 and now I can see my balance is Rs. negative 8, 349 is being charged on my account as deduction. It happen without any notification or SMS, my salary account they directly converted into saving account. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same. I went to home branch to close this account but the bank member(manager/clerk) avoid to take a form they told me to pay negative balance. Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do.
