[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Bank settlement

Name g.heena khouser, 32/21 thiruvallustreetreet, krishnagiri. My personal loan account 14480465, i genuinely paid but due to recession couldnt pay we spoke with bank for settlement and i cleared the quoted amt. Loan approval in may 2009 and cleared on 16.10.2010. Now bank is harrasing me and not providing me settlement letter. Im depressed
