Your bank is intenatinal and top leading.but your waste of money in giving facility to customer by branches is too much.
I have 5 accounts in your brovili west chamunda circle branch also my family fend have ten account in that branch.
Bar code machine was came in branch in mid February also printing passbook machine was in ATM also.but their was no bar code in branch since march 1 st week.
I went to branch for 7 to 8 times for bar code so idont waste my time in days hour and not during job.
But your employee every time told that bar code is not their and told they request for bar code but ...not come.
Yesterday also I went for same but same answer.so pls take action for this and send bar code as early as possible.
