Recently ordered an iPhone 13 from Imagine Apple store through HDFC SMARTBUY. Took 6 months DB EMI tenure which specifically mentioned about 6K cashback within 120 days. Even after that period, they havent provided cashback. Raised tickets which also rejected by them without even contacting me. Now they even take down that particular offer as well that page inorder to get rid of proof and convince customers that there wasnt any offer like that in first place.
Same complaint regarding the same offer have been reported by many customers now. Still HDFC never even bother to take this seriously. Total shame for the absurd customer experience. Planning to close and transfer my acct to a bank who actually treat customers and live up to their words. Was this information helpful? |
