[Resolved] HDFC Bank — big difference in approved loan amount and disbursed amount

My loan account no is 61662813 for a new car loan .my approved loan amount is 606761 .but disbursed amount is 595911 . What is the charges. And why is so big difference in approved loan amount and disbursed amount. Plz resolve my issue. As thereis only 0.4% processing fees. Which on calculation comes out only 2400. So rest of amount is charged for what service.
