[Resolved] HDFC Bank — blocking accounts despite submitting kyc and no proper response | |
I received an email on sept to do my kyc. As per the mail, i sent the documents to [protected]@hdfc.com on 1st oct 2017. On 3rd oct 2017, it received an email the documents are in order, however i needed to do extended kyc and send english declaration. I did this on 10th oct 2017.in spite of it, they blocked my netbanking. After several emails and phone calls, they unblocked my netbanking on 23rd nov 2017 but again re-block it on 27th nov. On the same date, they send a regular email to do my kyc. I didn’t understand the reasons to do my kyc again in one month but did it again on 2nd nov 2017. This time also did it through netbanking. Finally, they unblock my netbanking on 16th nov 2017. However, i on the same date i received another email to do my kyc. Now, i suspect they will block my netbanking again. I would like hdfc bank why i need to do my kyc again and again. What is mental harassment? My homeloan ecs was due on 15th nov 2017 which was rejected by hdfc bank despite my account be adequately funded? Who will be responsible for late payment due to irresponsibility on the part of your bank. I have already escalate the issue on your website. However, there also i didn’t receive an adequate response but just assurance that it will be resolved in so and so working days, i don’t need a date but i need a proper justification from your part for this torture.
