[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — : blocking debit card (hdfc bank) for non payment of credit card charges for 2 months

This is to bring to your kind notice that my Debit Card (HDFC Bank) has been blocked by your staff for Non payment of Credit Card charges for 2 months.
1. It has been blocked without informing me or giving notice to me for taking this action.
2. Also, they have taken app. Rs 13000/- which was there in my (HDFC Bank) account. Now I do not have any money left in my a/c and I am not being able to use my Dr Card for my day to day affairs.
3. Now Credit Card statement is not shown in my Netbanking, earlier I used to see the details of the statement on my Netbanking. I had asked your staff to provide details of various expenses/charges levied on me.
4. In my Netbanking it shows Minimum payment Rs 7000/-. I also want to know How is this sum calculated, because total outstanding is only app. Rs 23, 000/-.
Sir, I am a regular and an honest payer of your Cr Card, so please do the needful and provide me relief from this mess and inconvenience.
I hereby request you to please ask your staff
- to provide me details of various expenses/charges levied on me
- to unblock my Debit Card (HDFC Bank).
- to explain How Minimum payment Rs 7000/- is calculated,

HI i have been requesting for NOC since 1 month no one is responding for my calls again and again they are charging the money.Pathetic services proving and there is no proper information given by executives.
