[Resolved] HDFC Bank — blocking of my account without any information

Dear hdfc team,

Greetings!

I, trapti varshney, am the proprietor of "rm global consulting". I have my current account with hdfc bank since 2014 in faridabad, sector-16 branch. My account is blocked without any information. I have called in branch, i came to know that it is blocked due to non verification of kyc while the which i have getting is 31st of december, 2017.

I would request you to unblock my account otherwish i dont have any option rather than closing this account asap as i am unable to visit branch as i am out of station. I will go to other bank.

So look into this matter and reply asap.

As per regulatory requirements, Banks are required to carry out periodic updation of KYC for all there customers.
