[Resolved] HDFC Bank — blocking of my hdfc credit card and refund of money

From unknown source following amount is transacted from my card no. Xxxxx0278 on date without any pin or otp. Plesae block my credit card and arrange to refund my money.

Complaint is already submitted to hdfc bank authority, but no respond is found to
Refund of my money.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer

We request you to contact the Bank using Phone Banking (available 24 *7), where you can Hotlist your card immediately and simultaneously request for re-issuance of new card.

Alternatively, you may also submit written instructions at the nearest branch for hotlisting and re-issuance of Credit Card.

Please note there are no charges levied for the re-issuance of a damaged Card.
