[Resolved] HDFC Bank — BM ask for 3000 rupee to close the account.

I am not using my hdfc bank account since 10 to 11 months. And now i want to close my account but bank manager ask me to pay 3000 as maintenance charges because he is saying in my account there is debit of 8200 rupees for non maintaining 10000(the minimum require balance). So help me out because I need to close this account without paying any charges.
