[Resolved] HDFC Bank — breach of privacy | |||
My personal mobile no that is registered with the bank is attached to another customer within the bank. I got a call from the credit card collection team stating that i owe the bank nearly 1 lakh rupees. When i inquired the name on the ac it was some vijay. When actually my name is george. I asked the rep to clarify. He had no answers. I am very worried how this bank operates. How safe is the system Was this information helpful? | |||
