[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — call center representatives !

I am a hdfc customer for the past 15years or so. I have two savings account and am a regalia credit card holder for as many years. Most of my bank related work is done over phone banking for which i use your customer service no.[protected] very often.
Today i called the hdfc customer service at 4.50 pm first and had a fairly unpleasant interaction with a girl representative who had no clue on phone etiquettes. She kept putting me on hold and pretending to not hear me the other half. On losing my cool she disconnected the line.
Since the nature of my work was urgent i called back and was put back to the ivr and finally got connected to your representative abhishek (5.10pm) i said my name and offered to give him my card no. So that he could help me with my concern! I clearly said my card number to him once, twice but when i would expect him to proceed with verification he would insist on confirming my card number and every time mind you, every time (More than once) he would be wrong in taking down the correct credit card no.!
If this was not enough he was not at all apologetic or sorry about this issue in fact he chose to remain silent when i explained the irritant and on my annoyance he disconnected the lune on my face!!!
After 20/25 minutes of two futile calls n harassment by your representatives i decided to reach out to your floor manager/supervisor.
This time anuraag connected me to the subject matter expert, ankit who clarified my query regarding my credit card and then i requested him to put me through to the manager.
Now i was connected to rahul lamba at 5.20pm. To my horror he turned out to be the worst experience of the day with hdfc.
His abject denial to all my dilemas and behaviour metted out to me by his team members was so disappointing after the ordeal i had faced.
If hdfc is employing such casual and unprofessional people then i will have to think again about my relations with such an organisation.
After all your employees/representatives are your face and a point of direct contact with you! Their attitude and appetite to serve is o[censored]tmost importance here while in reality it is of poor quality and irrate behaviour with serious service attitude problems.
