[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cancellation of credit card | |||||
Sir, I've applied for credit card on 1st Sept'16. Still I didn't get credit card. I've also visited HDFC branch paloncha on 1st Oct'16, but I'm not satisfied with their response. They said that they cann't do any thing & my card is in progress from 20th Sept'16. Today is 17th Oct'16. Still I didn't get any response. So please cancel this credit card. On 1st Oct my agent said that we will observe for 3-4 days. After that we will cancel. But after 16 days I request my agent for cancellation, he replied that he cann't do anything. So, I have took this step. The same agent said that within 1 week you will get credit card. But today he is saying he cann't do anything. My application ref. No.[protected]BI.
