HDFC Bank — Cancellation of credit card & false commitment | |||||
Hi i am a unsatisfied customer of HDFC Bank & they keep on sending me bills which i am not going to pay due to i was promised that if you expense of 70000 in a year then you wont be charged a renewal charge of 500rs which i did but still they charged me 500 rs which was not required. can anybody please help how to proceed with consumer court in this case?
