I have applied for hdfc insurance on 2 august 2018 through rbl bank, t nagar, chennai 600017 - they taken my payment through credit card on same day and documents also i gave what they asked, on 4 august - additional document - i gave the same and after 3 days they asked for medical examination - i said i am not interested to do medical test, told to cancel the policy request and refund my money to my card account - on 10 august - i got the mail stating that cancellation request etc, i submitted in rbl bank office on 13th august 2018, _ they proceed the refund for this policy and it will come to my account - nothing has come to my account october 17 2018 - i got the email - they cancelled my policy request - after so much of follow up - nothing has made up - my 3 credit card statement generated
August, september and october 2018 - they charged me the financial charges 787 + taxes for every month
