HDFC Bank — Cancer care policy not received

I had applied for cancer care policy on 2/6/15 from b.K.Chowk faridabad branch and haven't recieved any hard copy of bond. On 17/08/15 i received sms saying bond no 90111333 has been despacted thru odinary mail on 26/06/15 but haven't received yet. Soft copy of bond was send on my mail on 22/08/15. Despite regularly follow up with branch and mail to service, service1 and service 2 i haven't got hard copy of bond. Not even anyone is bother to reply to my mail.
