[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Car loan | |||
Persons who are dealing loans department at Ongole branch are really having no knowledge on the processing and required documentations. A person named Chandu has miss guided us which lead to rejection of my loan. These private banks call us daily to take loans. When it comes for processing no one responds. They're not even receiving calls after the application has been submitted. Even the verfication is not done properly. They had miss communiction with security people and gave wrong statement.
