[Resolved] HDFC Bank — car loan | |||
The staff at the hdfc bank, diphu branch have repeatedly given false assurance for the last five months regarding the car loan which i have applied for and is still an ongoing issue as of today. I think that i have been overlooked by the unprofessionalism of the bank officials who offer their support of help only to not help which leads only to a greater discomfort of my wellbeing. If a job cannot be done, i think it's best to inform the applicant the utter truth of the situation rather than giving false hope of assurance under the name of bank. This is ridiculous whatever this pretence of hope is which is shambolic on the banks part. Was this information helpful? | |||
