[Resolved] HDFC Bank — card retained by atm

My sbi debit card gets retained in hdfc bank atm, pn b3, main mkt
Sanwal nagar, new delhi - 110049 on 26th march, 2018. No security guard was there at that time. Later after 1 hour, guard come and told me before this 5-6 cards are already retained in atm. I already complained on their customer care number, but still no action is done till now.
I have already blocked my atm card and want the bank to fix the atm.
