A KYC was submitted for a newly created account by me. But after 6 months of account creation, the account was blocked without any intimation. When I enquired the branch where I had submitted the KYC, the reason they had stated,
" Your KYC document was lost ".
Is this how a bank is supposed to act?
Loosing vital documents submitted with trust by customers.
Now, I was asked to submit a KYC for the second time.
After 2 days of calls, they initiated the process o[censored]ploading KYC.
Now it's been more than three days.
The account has not been activated yet.
