HDFC Bank — carelessness/very bad services of bank | |||
I had withdrawn 5500 from SBI atm machine using my HDFC debit card on 29 may, due to some fault in machine I did not got the money but money was deducted from my account and has not been returned to my account till today. I had gone and complained at the HDFC bank on 30/05/19 and again on 02/06/19, I had even wrote my complaint letter to the branch manager .Due to some work I am out of station from 03/06/19. It is really a matter of disrespect and negligence from bank that I came to know from the costumer helpline that no complaint was registered regarding my issue till today. I want some strict actions taken to those responsible regarding my issue so that there won't be similar case repeated again by the bank employees. My bank branch is Ravangla. I hope some necessary actions Will be taken against those responsible for this kind of work negligence. Was this information helpful? | |||
