[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back not received | |||
I had purchased sofa from home center on feb month and they said that through hdfc cc its 10% cash back after the 3 months of order period. Instead of 10% i was received only 5 %. For this i was contacted multiple times to bank and provided the details but no use. It's a shame how a brand as big as HDFC dupes customers in collaboration with fraudsters like Home Centre.
Like your case, HDFC Bank isn't giving me a cashback of 10% that was applicable on purchases of furniture made via Homecentre App during their promo period in August 2018.
I made a big ticket purchase with my HDFC Bank Card for the 10% cash back but executives at HDFC Bank are only pretending to not understand what offer I am talking about for months.
I know HomeCentre dupes people in many ways, but I had no idea HDFC Bank is also a partner in those fake offers and fraudulent practices. Advertising an offer and then denying a customer the promised benefit under it is an outright case of deceiving, misleading, and duping customers that HDFC Bank is resorting to.
