HDFC Bank — Cash deduction as TPT cash txn charges

Hi Team, i have been charged Rs 224.72 as TPT cash txn charges Sep13 070414 from my bank account without any prior notice and which was not deducted previously. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly revert this amount to my account. How can you people deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. Kindly refund my deducted amount...It was decucted on 17 Apr 2014
