[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cash not dispensed from atm but amount deducted from account

I withdrew rs.5000/- from yes bank atm (Kashmere gate, delhi) using hdfc debit card on 27 feb 2018. Cash was not dispensed but amount deducted from my hdfc account. From then i raised several complaint in hdfc but still i have not got my amount.
I also submitted fir and card dispute form to hdfc as per their request in april 2018.
In the last communication in may2018, i was told by hdfc customer care that yes bank people are not providing cctv footage.
Now, i want my amount with interest and panelty.
