[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cashback not processed on Debit Card

I bought an Iphone 11 in November 2020 using my HDFC Debit Card as it had an offer of cashback. I got EMI made on my debit card of 6 months and the card was eligible to receive a cashback of 5000 rupees within 120 days however the cashback is not yet processed by the bank. The cashback thing is also mentioned on the purchase bill of the phone along with other information about EMI. I have already paid off the full loan amount. Was this information helpful?
