HDFC Bank — cashback not yet received for apple product purchased in december (worth rs. 5000)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased an apple product on 30th of December 2019 using HDFC Debit Card.
As per the scheme I was supposed to get the cashback within 120 days of purchase worth Rs. 5000/-
It’s almost been more than 150 days kindly address the issue as soon as possible.
