[Resolved] HDFC Bank — CC Refund pending 3 months | |||||
Staff is not clear about the process. Phone bankers disconnect the call in between. When emailed they say, call @ customer care. When called at phone banking they said email us. Courier they sent, returned back with no intimation or call. All phone bankers say different things. My CC # is [protected] There is a refund pending of amount 1 lac 13k since August and it's now 26th Oct now that my payment is still not refund. Wrong payment done becoz of phonebankers misguide. Phone banker said Draft sent finally after more than 50 followups on 11th Oct But It's been 15 days still pending. I need the money very urgently, my family is stuck bcoz of funds. I am taking money on interest and suffering. When HDFC need the payment, they charge finance chargeds and late fee of around 18% plus taxes.
