Your bank issued me a credit card around 15 days ago. As i set the pin in atm machine, there was option of withdrawing amount. Neither the bank nor the executive informed about the tax levied on withdrawl amount of 6000, which was calculated for around 597. I filed complaint through phone banking officer on call same day
1st call. Executive gave an incorrect information that i will be charged 500everyday. So i deposited 6000 same day.
2nd call. After depositing 6000, executive said you will be charged on overall amount that you have withdrawl and the amount i have used on medical store. And informed me that it will take 3days for the updation of 6000 and i will be charged for 3 days
3rd call. Executive informed that i will be charged 500 only once and then you have to pay 2-3% tax till the withdrawl amount gets updated.
4th call.. I was on call for more than 1 hour but nobody answered my call..

I have already filed a complaint in consumer forum, and they have asked me to talk to bank first and if i dont get any resolution, they will escalate this issue.
Kindly get me resolution asap, otherwise i will take this issue to higher authority and challenge it legally. I have unbilled amount of 15000, i wont pay till i get any resolution either from your side or from consumer court.
