My company opened a salary account with HDFC in 2011, but for some reasons I moved to ICICI and had very less transactions with HDFC there after. Also I was asked to take a MF SIP in one of the branches through CAMS and they linked this account for direct deduction of 1000 RS against each SIP every month. I wanted to close that before COVID but neither HDFC nor CAMS helped in closing that SIP
till covid situation I was able to maintain some balance hence my account was in debit balance. there are two complaints here
1) Since I could not close my SIP and no balance in account I have been charged 600 per month as ACH return charges
2) Also they charged me for not maintaining sufficient funds
3) no intimation of converting salary account to Savings account
4) also they sent message only from last 3 months.
5) they expect us to visit home branch only for account closure and in total they moved my account into credit of 13000 rs
6) How can they expect people to visit Nacharam branch and I stay at Miyapur. no transportation and its my safety concern as well.
7) now when I went to home branch for account closure they are asking me to pay the amount and then get it closed.
8) why are the customers being charged in this covid situation and that too without intimations.
9) we get multiple calls asking if we need loans, why don't they call for these things and get them sorted? Was this information helpful? |
