[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cheating while giving loan | |||
HDFC third party person said interest 10.99% and tenure 3 years and .5% processing fee but completely cheated me with 12.49% interest 4 years tenure and 9% processing fee, I spoke with a irresponsible person Srikant ([protected]) he closed my complaint without asking to me. again I called to customer care they told we cant help. Still awaiting solution . else start to publish in social media Conclusion : HDFC is not a good bank to believe don't go for loans with HDFC. Was this information helpful? | |||
