[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cheque return without making prior information | |||
I have send 2 cheque both are fund transfer cheque one to be deposited in my account & other is to be paid from by account i have clearly told that person to first deposit the cheque in my account & then only the other cheque will be passed & the bank not even bother to inform me about the insufficient balance in my account nor my relationship manager helped me after i talk to him previously the service is good they use to call me when the balance is not sufficient but nowadays the service is decreased other complaint levy of fees called "program management fees" after telling me that from now this charges will not be levied Was this information helpful? | |||
