[Resolved] HDFC Bank — claim reimbursement delayed since last 8 months | |
I am doing consistent followup with hdfc support [protected]@hdfclife.com (Email subject: 'hdfcsl=[protected]' policy no.[protected] for releasing claim amount of the already matured policy (Matured in jan-17). Since then i am doing followup to get the claim amount released. Support is dumb (Most of the time), post writing several emails, said that they released the claim amount around in march-17 (They gave me date and neft success). However, i didn't received the amount. Post too many followup emails, and after i sharing my account statement (Of hdfc bank), they realized the mistake and agreed that the money is not yet released! Post re-submitting beneficiary bank account details the whole process started again. Then i got confirmation that payment will be released in 10 working days (This happened in july-17 end). Today (18 aug 17) after several followups, they are now asking aadhar and pan details!!! I sent them today that too. Guys don't go with any policy with this dumb company. I wish to inform you that the maturity amount would be released by us in next 5-6 working days. Previously, the amount was processed by us erroneously into the incorrect account for which the necessary corrections have now been made by us. I confirm to you that the payout amount would be released by us in next 5-6 working days. - Manish.

Dear sir I called to your customer care executive approximately 10:40 a m of 13/08/2017 for the assistance in regarding of the information of your term plan but the executive behaved very rudely and disconnected my call.I m shocked at the behaviour of agent of a reputed company

You would be replied by sharing the required details about the available term plan with us. Also, do mention the contact no. on which you had called to enquire about the new term plan for us to act on it.
