I want to close account as i did not know about accuring charges and the employee of hdfc bank did not inform about the consequences of not keeping the account in zero balance as am nt working i have no more salary coming in so i cannot pay the charges incurred as in future if i want to use hdfc this bank should be my 1st preference so hence i want to close the account on good note i hope yol understand... I booked for new aadhar. My turn came after 12 days. On the enrollment day, forms were given randomly with token number. Bank should have maintained token number based on registration number. This created a lot of issue.please take care of citizens.
