HDFC Bank — Closing personal loan insurance is not refunding | |||
I have closed my existing personal loan[protected] mid of Jan. I have insurance team asked me to provide empty check and insurance document. I have submitted on the Feb 26th of 2021. As of now no update on this. I have followed up on this with bank manager and insurance guy. Both are not responding on this. By considering the pandemic situation we are not able to travel to bank.
