[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — closure of card

My credit card number is[protected], i lost my card and i have blocked in on 1 aug 2018. On 13 aug bank generated statement which include renewable fee for the year, in next month they levied late payment charge. If i have blocked the card and i dont want to continue with it why would i pay renewable fee for card. No other charges are pending against me.
