Dear sir,
Myself ca priya verma, i am from jaipur. My hdfc saving bank account no. Is[protected].
A year back i joined a mnc that time i opened the hdfc saving bank account and then i shifted to other bank when i left the co.
Since october'18 i was trying to close my hdfc saving bank account, i visited the branch two times but didn't get proper responses from them.
I started working in mumbai so it’s not possible for me to visit the branch on regular basis.
I tried to request for the closure of account via net/online banking but there is no options available.
Today i again tried to contact with customer care but no responses received and i came to know that there is a negative balance of 4233.99 and i did not get any previous intimation regarding the charge.
This is not at all tolerable the branch has to give notice or intimations.
Since this is a complaint against a specific bank viz. Hdfc bank where no policies issues involved, consumer education and protection department, central officer is request you to examine the complaint and take suitable action.
Please consider my request and help me in closing my account as soon as possible.
