[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Collection agent invading my home and harassment | |||
Hi team, this is to inform you about the irrelevant behaviour of the hdfc collection agent. Yesterday dated 6th june 2017... The collection agent kishor called and i informed him that i will make the payment of the 2 pending installments but due to some circumstances i wasnt able to do so. Today dated 7th june 2017... The same agent is at my home whilst im at work harrassing my mother stating that he would not leave the house unless and until he gets the payment. When i called his supervisor... Ms ashwini khair... She also spoke abruptly and stated that 1st you make the payment and then talk. The agent went to attack my mother when she retaliated.
