HDFC Bank — Company is not providing me my relieving and experience letter

Hello,

My name is Syed shakeel ahamed and I have worked with HDFC bank from Nov 2022 to May 2023 with the employee ID of S59229 and last working day was on 25/05/2023.
Due to my family and healh issues not able to complete the notice period and informed to concerned reporting manager also.
They didn't send any confirmation after this.
And suddebtly I started getting emails from HR TEAM that I need to pay some settlement dues around 57000 and 47000. I dont understand this why should I pay this though I didnt receive my salary for my notice period.
Regarding this I have sent so many emails and tickets also but no response.
Kindly help me to get my relieving letter on prioriry without paying any dues.
Please help me its very urgent to get my relieving letter.
