[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaining about the recovery agent | |||
Hi, I had used credit card from your bank and due to some crisis i m not able to make payment. I am receiving harassing calls from the agents that claim to be calling from the hdfc bank. Earlier 2 ladies were calling me more than 150 times a day and now another agent is threating to discuss the situation with my old parents and to pay visits to them. I understand that customer has right to privacy and the bank can not disclose anything to parents/relatives. Was this information helpful? | |||

Without my concern HDFC deducted 1899 from my credit card on 18th jan 2018.i didn't opt for this plan. i have no idea why you guys are forcing such plans on customers. please refund my money back asap.
