I have made a payment of Rs. 1780.004391 using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of DEC 2022-FEB 2023 against the consumer id[protected] on 01.12.2022, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.
