I am very disappointed with your customer service executive.
I had call to your customer care to know about my credit card statement but the way of Archan Singh spoken to me might she was doing favor on me.
I asked her to transfer my call to her senior but she kept me on hold for 10 to 12 minutes and disconnected my call.
Again I had call on the sam number and Spoke to (Kavita D’souza Assit Manager-K-4182) and given feedback about her, let see what action she is going to take against her unethical behaviour over the phone??
And sure I am not a first customer who complaining again her and please imprrove your training and quality.
Request you to all keep me in loop what you all will do after this mail.
